Vision

To become an international-standard biology study program that is reputable, excellent in defense biology, biotechnology, and sustainable biodiversity; to cultivate human resources with national insight and a spirit of state defense; and to contribute to national resilience and provide impactful solutions to society through global-standard education, research, and innovation.

Mission

1. To provide high-quality biology education oriented toward the mastery of concepts, skills, and the application of defense biology, biotechnology, and sustainable biodiversity to support national resilience and self-reliance.
2. To develop an innovative and adaptive curriculum that integrates biological sciences with state defense values, current technological advancements, and national strategic needs in the life sciences sector.
3. To enhance graduates' competencies to ensure they possess the academic capabilities, scientific ethics, and a spirit of state defense, ready to play a role in education, research, and the application of defense biology, biotechnology, and sustainable biodiversity.
4. To promote research-based learning and field practices oriented toward the application of biological sciences to address real-world societal problems, and to cultivate critical, creative, and solutive thinking regarding issues of defense biology and biodiversity.
5. To establish educational and training collaborations with defense institutions, research organizations, and national and international academic partners to enrich students' perspectives, experiences, and professionalism.
