CRISPR/Cas9 Multigen Constructs for Wheat: Development of 12 Level 0 constructs and Level 1 vectors utilizing the TaU3 and OsU6-2 promoters to target genes associated with germination, photosynthesis, and nutritional efficiency (including Qsd1 and HXK1) in hexaploid wheat. 2. Creating a Land Suitability Map for Sugarcane Cultivation in Papua through the Development of a Multicriteria Assessment Utilizing AHP and GIS to Analyze Agricultural Viability Based on Climatic Information. 3. A study on ethnobotany investigating the utilization of flora within Minangkabau cultural practices.
