CRISPR/Cas9 Multigen Constructs for Wheat: Development of 12 Level 0 constructs and Level 1 vectors utilizing the TaU3 and OsU6-2 promoters to target genes associated with germination, photosynthesis, and nutritional efficiency (including Qsd1 and HXK1) in hexaploid wheat. 2.
